Returns/Exchanges
- 7-Day Return/Exchange Window: You have 7 days from delivery to request a return/exchange for eligible items (marked “returnable” or “exchangeable” on our website).
- Fast Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 2–7 business days.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are always sent back to the payment method you used at checkout.
Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it’s shipped — reach out to our support team for assist.
- After Dispatch: Once your order is shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can still request a return after delivery (if eligible).
- Multiple Cancellations: Frequent cancellations may lead to account restrictions to keep things fair for everyone.
