The website www.klydo.in under the name and style Klydo and the mobile application Klydo (collectively, the “Platform”) are owned, operated and made available by Vibio Tech Private Limited (hereinafter, referred to as “VTPL”)
VTPL, through the Platform and any sub-domains and services, features, content or widgets available through the Platform, is engaged in the business of facilitating access to fast fashion goods and related lifestyle products through an online commerce interface. In this regard, VTPL makes available the Platform that enables users to browse, select, and purchase a curated range of apparel, accessories, and other fashion-related merchandise offered for sale under various brands. The Platform also facilitates associated services such as order management, payment processing, customer support, promotional campaigns, and any other ancillary offerings as may be introduced by VTPL from time to time (collectively, the “Service(s)”).
This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets out the privacy practices of VTPL with respect to the usage of the Platform and the Services.

In order to access and use our Platform, you must be an Indian resident and at least 18 (eighteen) years of age. By using our Services and the Platform or by otherwise giving us your information, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. VTPL may disclose your Personal Information to its affiliates, personnel, consultants, and authorized service providers solely to facilitate the Services or transactions on the Platform. This may include support in logistics, customer care, IT infrastructure, payment processing, marketing, or fraud prevention. Where VTPL partners with third parties to offer specific services, and you choose to avail such services, only the necessary Personal Information will be shared. VTPL maintains a strict "No-Spam" policy, which means that VTPL does not intend to sell, rent or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third party without your consent.
From time to time, we may post User’s testimonials/comments/reviews with respect to the Services on the Platform which may contain Personal Information. We obtain User’s consent to post their names along with such User’s testimonials/comments/reviews under this Clause.

Therefore, the use of the Platform will be at your own risk and VTPL assumes no liability for any disclosure of Personal Information due to errors in transmission, unauthorised third-party access or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond its reasonable control and you agree not to hold VTPL responsible for any breach of security.
In the event VTPL becomes aware of a security incident involving your Personal Information that is likely to cause harm, VTPL will take prompt measures to assess, contain, and mitigate the incident and notify you and relevant authorities as required under applicable law.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information other than information collected by VTPL through the Platform including such Personal Information collected in accordance with Clause 1 (Collection of Information) above. This Privacy Policy will not apply to any unsolicited information provided by you through this Platform or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted on any public areas of the Platform. All such unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and VTPL will be free to use, disclose such unsolicited information without limitation.

Upon withdrawal, VTPL will stop processing the concerned Personal Information, unless otherwise permitted under applicable law.
